What To Expect

Kitchen Remodel

  • Your new cabinets will be delivered to your home before we start. You can store them in your garage or inside.
First, we'll remove your old kitchen cabinets, countertops, and flooring. If needed, we'll also take down any walls or bar tops. A Contractor will need to handle electrical and plumbing adjustments.

  • Next, we'll install the new cabinets, which usually takes about two days. While doing this, we'll check for any damage from shipping and ensure everything is there. Once the New cabinets are installed, we'll install your new flooring. We'll also schedule a template appointment for your countertops, which is a quick 15-30 minute process. If you're providing the sink and faucet, we'll need them at this point. Countertop fabrication takes about two weeks and happens at our facility.

  • When the countertops are ready, we'll set up a time for installation. On that day, we'll install your sink and prepare for your faucet. Please have them ready. We recommend waiting 24 hours before connecting the plumbing to the sink.

  • If you've chosen a backsplash, we can install it now.

Flooring Remodel

  • Our team will start by removing hard flooring surfaces in the living areas, and then, if needed, remove the kitchen cabinets. If your bedrooms have carpet, we'll save them for last.

  • After removing the flooring, we'll make sure your foundation is level for the new flooring installation. If you have heavy furniture, don't worry; we can move it safely.

  • Before we install the new flooring, we'll verify with you the direction you want it to go. Most flooring needs to follow a specific direction, and our installers will work their way through your home accordingly.

  • Once the flooring is in, we'll finish with your choice of updated molding

Final Inspection

  • If you notice any scratches or damage on your cabinets during the process, don't worry; it's covered by the warranty. We'll do a walk through of the cabinets once they're installed, and then another one after the flooring and countertops are complete. If we find any issues, we'll order replacements.

  • Once they arrive, our cabinet installer will make a final visit to complete the installation. We'll do a final walk through to ensure everything is done to your satisfaction.
